What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with Board Certification or Eligibility in Pathology
• Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state
• Proven experience in diagnostic pathology, including handling a high volume of diverse cases
• Proficiency in frozen specimen analysis and Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) procedures
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and professional judgment

Additional Skills that Are a Plus:

• Experience with IR (Interventional Radiology) procedures
• Prior experience in a fast-paced clinical lab setting
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS)

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of post-residency experience in a clinical pathology setting
• Previous involvement in similar case volumes and types

Other Requirements:

• Ability to start as soon as possible, with availability to commit to a 3-month contract (with potential extension)
• Willingness to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Travel reimbursement or certification requirements as applicable
• Certification in relevant specialties and active licensing
