General Surgery position available near Charleston, West Virginia Seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon to join an established hospital employed practice near Charleston, West Virginia. The ideal candidate will perform a full spectrum of bread and butter general surgery including minimally invasive procedures. With the da Vinci Robot available onsite, there???s an additional opportunity to perform advanced procedures including trauma, and bariatrics.

With two hyperbaric oxygen chambers, there???s also an ability to incorporate wound care if desired. Position Highlights Join 2 - 3 other General Surgeons within the practice Da Vinci Robot available onsite Flexible block scheduling for surgery cases ORs in hospital and 2 ORs/4 special procedure rooms in the MOB Cases volumes range from 400-600 annually Shared ER call between 3-6 days per month Strong referral base with service area of over 250,000 Sub-Specialty support to include Vascular, Thoracic, and Orthopedic Surgery, ENT, and Infectious Disease Recruitment Package may include:  Base salary + wRVU production incentive  Quality bonus  CME allowance  Sign-on bonus  Medical debt assistance  Relocation allowance  Residency stipend  Medical Director stipend  Health benefits + Retirement plan  Marketing + practice growth assistance.
