We are looking for a full-time Licensed Healthcare Architect to join our Charleston, WV Office. We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual who is passionate about the field of architecture and is seeking an opportunity to grow a team of professionals. Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Works with project design team on projects throughout all phases of design.
  • Preparation or original architectural design layouts, details, drawings, and specifications.
  • Review architectural document for areas of conflict with all disciplines.
  • Coordinate and integrate design work between the architectural discipline and other engineering disciplines.
  • Utilize critical thinking to evaluate, select and apply design skills and techniques to project related assignments.
Qualifications
  • NCARB Registered Architect
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ of related experience.
  • Experience with Revit Software a plus.
  • Familiarity with local codes and authorities having jurisdiction.
  • Knowledge of FGI Guidelines for Healthcare Facilities
  • Possess the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Proficient with managing client/owner/contractor relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership and time management skills to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage project priorities
  • Possesses the ability to mentor junior staff.
  • Periodic travel will be required.
