We are looking for a Construction Inspector in various locations throughout West Virginia, Southeast Ohio, and Southwest Pennsylvania. As a Construction Inspector, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the successful implementation of water-related projects. Your responsibilities will span various aspects of construction, documentation, quality assurance, and communication.

• Participate in on-site activities, collaborating with residents, property owners, and contractors.
• Monitor construction progress, adherence to plans, and compliance with specifications.
• Keep detailed records of project quantities, daily reports, and changes.
• Maintain accurate redline or as-built drawings to document project modifications.
• Monitor work to prevent construction defects.
• Ensure that the project meets quality standards and specifications.
• Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including owners, engineers, and contractors.
• Coordinate information flow to keep all parties informed.
• Travel as needed to project sites. Travel may involve extended stays away from your home location during the week.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• OSHA 10, CPR, and first aid certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience as a treatment plant operator and certifications (Class 3 and up) in water treatment plants is advantageous.
