Senior Project Manager - Heavy Civil / Bridge Construction
NE West Virginia
A well-established heavy civil contractor with a strong presence in West Virginia and Ohio is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the team near Charleston, WV (Mason County).
This is a highly visible leadership role for a PM who understands WVDOT bridge work and can confidently manage projects from bid through closeout with minimal oversight.

- Primarily office-based role in Mason County
- Light travel only - typically one jobsite visit per week

- Lead heavy civil and bridge construction projects from bid through completion
- Independently bid and manage projects up to $3M
- Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations
- Coordinate with superintendents, inspectors, and WVDOT representatives
- Ensure compliance with WVDOT standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in heavy civil construction
- WVDOT experience is required
- Proven background in bridge construction
- Ability to manage projects independently with confidence
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
