Overview

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining tracking logs/records for numerous reports required to accurately capture data.
  • Answer the mainline phones received at the State Office Building, screen calls, forward messages and direct customers to the staff that can assist them.
  • Upon request mail, Direct Deposit forms, Lost Check Affidavits, Subsidy Verification Letters and Subsidy Eligibility Verification forms to the requestor.
  • Enter a contact into CCWIS when forms are mailed or emailed.
  • Upload all received documents for TL and Permanency Support into CCWIS.
  • Sort and distribute mail, faxes and electronic correspondence to members of the Transitional Living and Permanency Support
  • Assist the Transitional Living Unit with NYTD, including research, emails, phone calls, survey completion and other duties as assigned.
  • Assist the Post Legal Guardianship program as requested
  • Applicants must possess or have access to reliable transportation. Applicants also must have strong communication skills, both oral and written. Successful completion of a background check is required for employment.
