Responsibilities- Receive complaints from the public via phone, email, letters, etc., and assign the complaint to an inspector.
- Enter complaints, including supporting documentation, in the ERIS database.
- Accurately record spill/complaints and relay to the proper personnel.
- Track complaints handled by inspectors to ensure resolution, which may include coordinating with regional offices.
- Upload/scan documents into the electronic document management system, Application Xtender (AX), and ensure proper indexing of enforcement documents.
- Screen mail and respond to routine correspondence.
- Serve as part of the Administrative Support team responsible for answering the Division’s multi-line telephone, taking calls and messages for staff, and conveying information to callers when possible.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Schedule meetings and make reservations for staff.
- Manage and maintain a vital filing system for facility permits, inspections, and correspondence.
- Prepare and process travel requests, expense accounts, requisition of office supplies, and reconcile purchasing card transactions.
- Perform other related duties as required.

- Regular attendance is an essential part of this position.
Minimum Qualifications
Training: Graduation from a standard high school or the equivalent.
Experience: Four (4) years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience performing routine office work.
Substitution: College hours, related business school, or vocational training may be substituted through an established formula for the required experience.
