We are looking for a dependable Reservations & Itinerary Support Specialist to assist clients with planning and coordinating their travel arrangements. This role focuses on research, organization, and ensuring all booking details are handled accurately from start to finish.
You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping them navigate options, confirming reservations, and preparing clear itineraries. This position is well suited for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasks independently.
Key ResponsibilitiesConsult with clients to understand preferences, schedules, and requirements
Research accommodations, transportation, and activity options
Coordinate and confirm reservations and bookings
Maintain organized client records and documentation
Assist with itinerary changes or updates when needed
Provide consistent, high-quality support throughout the planning process
QualificationsExcellent communication and time-management skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus
