Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Associate in Charleston
. Our client is in General Warehousing and Order Pulling/Packing
. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting in our shipping operations.

Work Shift: Mon through Fri from 7:30am-4:30pm

Starting Rate: $18.00-$19.00/hourly rate depending on work experience

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicle
• Wrapping, boxing, and labeling
• Weighing or counting items for shipment to customers
• Reading production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed
• Must follow all procedures and process to fulfill the orders
• Ship confirming orders on computer system
• Maintaining inventory records and assisting in keeping inventory accurate
• Willing to work other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Must be able to bend, twist, lift etc. 50-60 lbs.
• Willing to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse
• Customer service oriented

• Solid work history that demonstrates reliability
• Warehouse work experience is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication skills
