Overview

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking an Inventory Specialist
-CF 1028 to join their team. As an Inventory Specialist
-CF 1028, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting inventory management and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inventory Specialist
-CF 1028

Location: Charleston, SC

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 6am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday

• Assist in managing, controlling, and monitoring workflows at the distribution site
• Manage inventory levels and supplies to ensure operational efficiency
• Support training and development of warehouse staff across all activities including receiving, stocking, processing, and shipping
• Prepare summaries and analyses on operational performance and communicate regularly with the production team
• Ensure finished products are prepared for shipment according to customer requirements and monitor inventory for potential shortages

• Good understanding of inventory management principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Cycle counting experience and physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
