We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Tent Installer / Driver to join our team. This position involves delivering, installing, and breaking down tents and event equipment across various locations. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-conscious, and able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
About the PositionSafely load, transport, and unload tents and event equipment to client sites
Set up and take down tents, staging, lighting, flooring, and other rental items
Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites and in vehicles
Operate company vehicles in a safe and professional manner
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure top-tier service
Perform basic maintenance and checks on equipment and vehicles
Key ResponsibilitiesMust have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Able to work nights, weekends, and occasional long shifts
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
Previous experience in tent installation, construction, or event rentals is a plus (but not required)
RequirementsStarting pay at $20/hr
