Pay: $17.00 / hour, Full-time, Overnight shift 11:00pm–7:00am

Job DescriptionEnsure safe transportation of guests using a small van or commercial vehicle, exceeding customer expectations. Respond quickly to customer requests and provide caring interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet all guests upon arrival; assist with loading/unloading luggage.
- Perform DOT daily inspections on assigned equipment; report safety issues to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
- Transport passengers via fixed route with scheduled pick-up/drop-off locations.
- Maintain clean, orderly, and safe Shuttle at all times.
- Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service; respond to inquiries courteously.
- Be aware of potential passengers and approach guests seeking assistance.
- Record number of passengers and complete daily/shift reporting as required.
- Communicate professionally at all times with guests, clients, and teammates.
- Occasionally lift and carry customer luggage up to 50 lbs.
- All other duties as assigned.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Previous commercial driving experience preferred, not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Verbal communication with guests.
- Operate commercial vehicles requiring normal coordination.
- Enter and exit vehicle frequently throughout shift; sit for extended periods.
