We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Class A CDL Driver to join our team in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, solid driving experience, and the ability to operate commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations. This role involves transporting materials/equipment safely between designated locations while maintaining exceptional customer service and professionalism.

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Transport materials, equipment, or goods to and from job sites or specified destinations.
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure proper load securement and verify cargo documentation.
• Maintain accurate driving logs, delivery records, and required paperwork.
• Communicate with dispatch or supervisors regarding schedules, delays, or any issues.
• Adhere to company safety policies and participate in safety meetings as required.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical concerns immediately.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Clean driving record meeting company and DOT requirements.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of Class A driving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions in the Charleston area.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.
• Ability to climb, bend, or perform tasks related to vehicle inspections and load securement.
