Lifeguard - Part Time

St. Andrew's Family Fitness Plus, a subdivision of St. Andrew's Parks and Playground, is searching for Lifeguards for our indoor and seasonal outdoor pools. The ideal teammate is passionate about empowering others and is excited to be part of a team that has enriched lives through parks, recreation, and wellness for over 75 years.

Lead Lifeguard

$16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience

Full family membership to the fitness center; free Guard uniform shirt;
Medical Care Membership available with low ($68) monthly premiums; SC Retirement system.

• Ensure safety in the pool area.
• Enforce rules and regulations.
• Perform other pool‑related duties.
• Maintain a flexible schedule of up to 29 hours per week.

• Experience, current proficiency, or desire to become a lifeguard.
• Ability to maintain safety standards and enforce pool rules.

• Opportunity for growth with additional certifications after training.
