Job Summary
The General Manager will establish, coordinate, and oversee all operations within the InMotion Wellness Studio. Responsibilities include managing daily sales, scheduling, studio maintenance, organizing outside events, and maintaining member satisfaction. The working hours are 9am-7pm Monday-Thursday with a 2-hour lunch from 1pm-3pm, and 9am-2pm on Fridays and Saturdays. In addition to hourly pay, the GM will earn a 3% rolling commission on personal sales.
Responsibilities
- Ensure operations align with the overall philosophy.
- Responsible for the financial success of the studio.
- Meet and exceed sales goals as directed by leadership.
- Achieve daily appointment goals.
- Understand studio goals and projections.
- Oversee staff performance and success.
Qualifications
- Experience and/or education in kinesiology or exercise science preferred.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Effective time management skills.
- Clear communication abilities.
