On-site EAP Counselor in Kershaw, SC

Position Overview

As an independently licensed counselor, you will be providing counseling services for TELUS Health’s Employee Assistance Program to our clients onsite. We have an exciting opportunity with TELUS Health EAP for a part-time onsite contractor with one of our valued clients. You’ll provide confidential, in‑person short‑term solution‑focused counseling to employees as part of our Employee Assistance Program.

Location:

Kershaw, SC 29067 (Onsite)

Schedule:

Tuesdays, 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM

Hours:

4 hours per week

Start Date:

January 2026

Duration: 6-month contract with possibility of extension

• A confident communicator who connects authentically with employees
• A self‑starter with a proactive mindset and drive to make a difference

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and organized. They enjoy versatility and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency. Structured in their approach, they know how to prioritize responsibilities and maintain a high level of performance in all activities.

• Minimum of 3 years of post‑graduate clinical experience
• Must be clinically licensed and able to practice without supervision (LP, LPC, LCP, LMFT, LISW (Clinical))
• Must have Professional Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 per aggregate
