• Assist internal department staff with all service calls and manage overall upkeep of commercial facilities.
• Complete all assigned work orders efficiently and to resort/hotel standards.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment to ensure longevity and proper usage.
• Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Perform light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Eye for detail in the trade, focusing on refrigeration and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Uphold core values, policies, and procedures of the hotel.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC Certified.

• Must lift equipment, supplies, etc. of at least 30 pounds.
• Ability to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure.
• May require extended time on feet, especially during peak hotel hours or events.
• Clear vision and good hearing for reading reports, analyzing data, and communicating.
