• 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing heavy equipment
• Proficiency in basic tools and tool usage, including basic welding skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-reliant & proactive, with minimal supervision required
• Strong teamwork skills

Field Service Technician

Job Description:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose construction equipment and crushing/screening equipment for necessary repairs
• Perform designated repairs on customer or company-owned machines
• Technician skills encompass mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair
• Conduct preventive maintenance and general machine upkeep
• Utilize diagnostic laptop computers, gauges, and instruments to detect faults in all machine systems
• Operate machines to determine repair needs or assess repairs
• Disassemble and assemble machines and components according to manufacturer specifications
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to complete required maintenance and service tasks
• Research repair needs and order necessary parts as required
