Base pay range: $36.00/hr - $60.00/hr

• In this role you will be responsible for installing and maintaining electronic security systems. Performing preventive maintenance requirements. Performing inspections, evaluations, and inventory.
• Leading teams on large, complex installation projects with limited supervision.
• Leading and documenting daily toolbox talks, ORM and Safety Audits.
• Installing and maintaining equipment at both local and global levels per design packages.
• Programming and installation of head-end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection and CCTV systems.
• Troubleshooting and isolating both systems and/or hardware at local and global levels.
• Leading on-site software commissioning and testing.
• Leading inspections, evaluations, and inventory; performing take-offs from project drawings; documenting and tracking RFIs.
• Design assist and feedback; documenting daily reports and project progress; communicating project and team member issues to management.
• Creating and managing project schedules; integration of IDS, ACS and CCTV systems.
• Forecasting and managing project labor hours; communicating effectively with supervisors and subordinates.
• Guiding and mentoring technicians.

• Requires a valid driver's license. This position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle.
• Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance with policy.

• HS diploma or GED;
  Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours) or
• Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program or
• Graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program
• An additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities

• 8+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs
• 3 years of the above experience focused in electronic security systems
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives
• MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency is a plus
• Travel up to 50% of the time

• Vendor certifications in IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems (e.g., CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch, AIphone Intercom, Windows certifications, etc.)
