Apartment Maintenance Technician

Overview

Apart Ment Maintenance Technician - $1500 Sign-on Bonus at HHHunt's Abberly West Ashley apartments. This role focuses on delivering quick and effective service to residents and maintaining high-quality living spaces.

• Respond to a variety of daily maintenance requests efficiently and accurately.
• Listen to the needs of residents and teammates with the goal of providing an exceptional resident experience every day.
• Ensure grounds, amenities and office are ready to WOW customers at all times.
• Work under pressure and be able to drive a company vehicle or golf cart, work with electricity, repair HVACs, troubleshoot various appliance problems, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to emergency requests from residents.
• Willingness to learn and pursue EPA and CPO certifications.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in plumbing, electrical, or grounds maintenance.
• EPA and CPO Certification preferred.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly.
