Restoration Superintendent

Job Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced Restoration Superintendent to supervise field operations on commercial restoration projects, including swing stage and scaffold work. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on knowledge of concrete and masonry repair techniques, excellent coordination skills, and a deep commitment to safety and quality.

Job Type: Full-time

• Supervise daily field operations on restoration projects, including swing stage and scaffold work.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead crews in restoration services: concrete repair, masonry restoration, repointing, epoxy injection, and expansion joint installation.
• Monitor jobsite safety; ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Conduct daily jobsite inspections; address safety or quality concerns immediately.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors on logistics and scheduling.
• Train and mentor field personnel; enforce productivity and workmanship standards.
• Track labor, material usage, and job progress; submit daily reports.
• Ensure proper installation and safe use of swing stage, scaffolding, and mechanical systems.
• Assist with layout, field measurements, and problem-solving.

• 5+ years in commercial restoration, waterproofing, or related construction.
• Leadership experience in a Superintendent, Foreman, or Lead Technician role.
• Skilled in restoration techniques and materials.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Excellent communication and crew management.
• Comfortable working at heights on swing stages/scaffolding.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
