What You'll Do

• Frame, trim, and install carpentry elements for high-end bathroom remodels
• Assist with site prep, demolition, and aligning walls/floors after demo
• Install vanities, millwork, doors, and cabinetry to exact specifications
• Support tile setters and learn waterproofing/tile prep techniques
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to stay on schedule
• Use Job Tread app for logging hours, uploading photos, and project notes

What You Bring

• 3+ years of carpentry experience, ideally in remodeling or residential renovations
• Proficiency in framing, trim work, and cabinetry installs
• Pride in your work you care about details and getting it right
• Ability to follow direction, communicate professionally, and work on a team
• Basic understanding of construction best practices and code
• Familiarity with mobile project apps (Job Tread is a plus)
• Clean appearance and strong work ethic clients trust us in their homes
