• Present & Close: Deliver clear, professional proposals and achieve a 50%+ close rate through relationship-based selling

• Accountability: A self-starter mentality with exceptional follow-through and a drive to meet business goals

• Sales Background: At least 1 year of experience in residential sales or a related field
• Home Services Knowledge: Familiarity with painting, construction, or restoration project requirements
• Local Expertise: Deep understanding of the Charleston area and residential market needs

• Earnings: $100K-150K OTE per year (Top performers exceed $150k+)
