Sales Development Rep/SDR, Sales Representative
Good United is hiring a Sales Athlete, and you’ll know if it’s you.
This isn’t a “sales job.” It’s an opportunity to win at a high level while doing work that matters. Nonprofits are under real pressure: declining individual giving, rising acquisition costs, and the feeling that social media has become a black box. Good United exists to change that by turning social into a predictable growth engine through 1:1 direct messaging.
The RoleAs an Account Executive at Good United, you’ll sell directly to nonprofit executives, fundraisers, and marketing leaders. You’ll own deals end to end, from discovery through close, and run a disciplined, high-integrity pipeline. This role rewards people who can challenge the status quo, create momentum, and close meaningful work.
What You’ll Do- Own qualified opportunities from discovery to close
- Run a clean, structured sales process (no hope-based selling)
- Lead high-stakes conversations that reframe how nonprofits think about social fundraising
- Drive clear next steps, timelines, and decisions
- Partner closely with Customer Success and Services to ensure customers win
- Build pipeline through events, referrals, and when the pipeline isn’t full, picking up the phone
- You’ve owned a revenue or fundraising number
- You understand nonprofit fundraising realities and donor pipelines
- You bring energy, urgency, and presence into conversations
- You’re comfortable pushing back when something doesn’t make sense
- You care about mission, and believe outcomes matter more than intentions
If you prefer being liked over being effective, this role will be uncomfortable. If you need loose expectations, long ramp times, or success measured by activity instead of results, this likely isn’t the right environment. This role is demanding, and rewarding, for people who like standards, accountability, and closing work that matters.
What You Get- The chance to make a lot of money while doing a lot of good
- A product that delivers real, attributable impact for nonprofits
- Clear expectations, visible scorecards, and credit for results
- A front-row seat to building the future of nonprofit growth
