The Role

As an Account Executive at Good United, you’ll sell directly to nonprofit executives, fundraisers, and marketing leaders. You’ll own deals end to end, from discovery through close, and run a disciplined, high-integrity pipeline. This role rewards people who can challenge the status quo, create momentum, and close meaningful work.

What You’ll Do
  • Own qualified opportunities from discovery to close
  • Run a clean, structured sales process (no hope-based selling)
  • Lead high-stakes conversations that reframe how nonprofits think about social fundraising
  • Drive clear next steps, timelines, and decisions
  • Partner closely with Customer Success and Services to ensure customers win
  • Build pipeline through events, referrals, and when the pipeline isn’t full, picking up the phone
Who You Are
  • You’ve owned a revenue or fundraising number
  • You understand nonprofit fundraising realities and donor pipelines
  • You bring energy, urgency, and presence into conversations
  • You’re comfortable pushing back when something doesn’t make sense
  • You care about mission, and believe outcomes matter more than intentions
