The Client Advisor is responsible for driving their own business by providing exceptional customer experience and subsequently creating long-lasting client relationships. This individual takes a holistic approach to their business, uniquely blending storytelling and product knowledge while crafting effective follow-up and follow-through to ensure a memorable experience. The Client Advisor should adopt a customer-centric approach to their work, with customer service at the helm of their approach to selling.
Further, this individual should be an agent of change, constantly seeking new ways to improve the client’s experience and develop a consistent, repeat book of business.
- Meet personal sales goals by ensuring that each customer receives outstanding customer service.
- Establish a returning client business for the store by developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships.
- Utilize and leverage company selling culture and training tools to meet and exceed KPI expectations.
- Actively learn and explore each collection with the intent to share that information to inspire our clientele. Understand and speak to the brand lineage and how each collection ties to the last.
- Maintain an engaged, active sales floor presence.
- Showcase excitement and enthusiasm for the brand. Be able to effectively share brand stories and key product elements as necessary.
- Actively support and embrace Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure that the sales floor is meticulously always maintained and reflects the brand.
- Remain coachable and open to feedback to continuously develop in your role.
- 1+ years of selling experience, preferably within a similar capacity.
- An understanding of and interest in Fashion.
- Ability to work daily with telephone, POS and computer equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
