Driven. Strategic. Strong closer. Bathrooms of Charleston is hiring a Sales Manager for our growing one-day bath division. This role combines in-home sales with leadership responsibilities overseeing canvassing, event marketing, and lead generation activities.
About Bathrooms of CharlestonWe help homeowners upgrade their bathrooms through one-day bath transformations and full custom renovations. Our team values professionalism, craftsmanship, and clear communication.
What You'll Do- Conduct in-home consultations and provide estimates
- Oversee and motivate the canvassing team
- Support marketing events, including managing event booths
- Track sales performance, lead activity, and appointment outcomes
- Work closely with ownership to develop growth strategies
- Availability to work Saturdays as needed
- Previous in-home or outside sales experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate teams
- Organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation for local travel
- Base pay + 10% commission on all jobs sold
- Additional bonuses for achieving sales targets
- Growth into higher leadership roles
