As one of the fastest‑growing insulation companies in the nation, we're looking for a talented and driven Commercial/Residential Sales Estimator to join our team.

Charleston, SC

• Generate leads and exceed sales goals.
• Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
• Prepare quotes and pricing schedules.
• Deliver sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Attend networking events to build relationships with potential clients.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Understand and promote company programs.
• Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
• Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Maintain client records and answer questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
• Attend a minimum of seven home shows or expo events per year.

• Sales experience, with a deep understanding of both sales processes and dynamics.
• A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, allowing you to quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
• Willingness and ability to pass a pulmonary fit test.
• Willingness and ability to work in tight spaces, including attics.

• Base Salary
