Sales & Program Manager – Energy Industry

Sales Focus, Inc. (SFI) is the global leader in sales outsourcing. We are searching for a Sales & Program Manager to “Develop, Train and Grow” an existing sales team in the energy industry. The role manages sales teams across the US.

• Conduct client kick‑off meetings.
• Ensure successful program launch by partnering with recruiting, operations, and other SFI departments.
• Develop and train the sales staff through continual training.
• Track and measure sales rep performance against KPIs.
• Serve as the primary contact between the client and SFI internal teams.
• Provide weekly calls and reporting to the client on achievements, obstacles, observations, and recommendations.
• Oversee program continuation and expansion.
• Lead weekly operational meetings with SFI executives.

• Meet or exceed monthly team sales quotas.
• Conduct training for each sales rep on a continual basis.
• Manage your team to drive and develop solutions to close a sale by identifying and eliminating objections.

• Preferred sales management experience in Energy Sales.
• Experience with medium to large sales teams at the regional/national level.
• Travel required to manage teams across 42 states.
• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Self‑starter with exceptional management skills and great attention to detail.
