We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Sales Manager to lead Renewal by Andersen of Charleston-Hilton Head, a newly established company poised for rapid growth in a highly differentiated market.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will work closely with other departments to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
- Culture - Work each day to delight our customers, challenge, engage and reward our employees and be active, contributing members of the communities we do business in.
- Training Project Consultants – Responsible for executing portions of new Project Consultant training program that is determined to be your responsibility. Accountable for completing a full demo for each new Project Consultant in the initial training period and prior to a new Project Consultant being issued appointments.
- Project Consultants – Provide ongoing mentorship and direction to all new Project Consultants after completion of basic sales training. This will require morning, afternoon and weekend availability by phone, text and/or email.
- Improve Middle 50% of Sales Team – Responsible for coaching one demo minimum on every non-training, non-meeting day, primarily with reps whose net close is over 25%. Split field time in half: 50% demonstration – 50% observation.
- Ride-Along Training - Complete a minimum of 18 ride-along visits per month focused on new Project Consultants and the middle 50%.Split field time in half: 50% demonstration – 50% observation role on assigned appointment. Demonstration is defined as the Field Trainer in the lead sales representative role, while the other sales rep is observing.

WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON
Minimum
Education and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-dept understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Preferred (not required):
- 2+ years in-home or outside sales experience
- College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strategic thinking and problem solving
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of initiative and self-motivation

Salary Range: $70,000-$200,000
