What you can expect:

  • Reporting directly to the CRO, the Director, Sales Enterprise will lead Amilia’s Enterprise Sales team, overseeing 8–10 Account Executives across Parks & Recreation and Non-Profit segments.
  • You will drive revenue growth by building and executing effective sales strategies, coaching a high-performance team, and ensuring strong pipeline discipline.
  • You will provide hands-on deal support and work in close alignment with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver seamless customer experiences.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a team in a rapidly growing SaaS company, make a direct impact on revenue results, and play a key role in scaling Amilia’s Enterprise presence in North America.

You will be responsible for:

  • Sales Leadership & Team Development
    :
    Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    :
    Define and execute sales strategies for the Enterprise (PnR & Non-Profit) segments.
  • Market & Client Impact
    :
    Strengthen Amilia’s presence in the Parks & Recreation and Non-Profit markets.
  • Collaboration & Alignment
    :
    Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and sales enablement.

What we want from you:

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years leading Enterprise SaaS sales teams.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong experience managing teams of Account Executives across multiple markets or verticals.
  • Expertise in enterprise deal cycles, solution selling, and navigating complex organizations.
  • Data-driven mindset with CRM expertise (Salesforce preferred) and pipeline management skills.
