Park Circle Web Design is an early-stage Charleston-based web & business systems agency focused on helping small businesses modernize their online presence and eliminate manual workflows.

We are currently looking for motivated commission-only sales partners to help us connect with local businesses that need better websites and simple digital systems.

• Freelancers interested in performance-based income
• Individuals with connections to local small businesses
• Self-motivated sellers who thrive in commission-driven roles

You’ll identify and reach out to Charleston-area businesses that:

• Don’t have a website
• Have outdated/broken websites
• Take bookings/orders manually via DMs or text
• Clearly need a simple online presence

You introduce them to our done-for-you solution and close straightforward service packages. Our team handles all technical work and joins conversations when needed.

• Fully managed websites
• Booking / ordering systems
• Hosting + ongoing updates
• $199/month managed service (12-month minimum)

This is not complex custom software sales, it’s simple, repeatable services for local businesses.

• Fixed-price build – 30% of the website build ($540-$1,500), paid immediately when client pays
• Subscription – 30% of first year subscription value, paid as follows:
  • 100% of first 2 months subscription ($199 each month)
  • $31.84/month recurring as long as the client stays subscribed
  • No cap or end date on recurring revenue

Example: Sell 10 websites → $7164 in first year, $318/month recurring income for the lifetime of the subscription.
