• Develop and execute retail strategies and local market plans.
• Lead a high‑performing Sales, Operations, and Visual team.
• Maintain merchandising standards and visual clarity.
• Champion a safe, efficient environment with data‑driven scheduling.
• Implement effective communication and brand alignment across the store.

• 5+ years of retail or related leadership experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated, self‑driven, and accountable.
• Alignment with Alo’s Guiding Principles and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Physical ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds and perform ladder safety.

Full‑time variable shifts, including peak days, weekends, and the company blackout period (Thanksgiving through the first week of January).
