• Develop strong product knowledge to better guide the client through options on the sales floor.
• Work closely with team members to collaborate on sales strategies and techniques to increase sales.
• Collaborate with store director to set, meet & exceed sales goals.
• Drive sales through service & customer relationships.
• Utilize customer lists & profiles to maintain healthy & genuine connections with our customers.
• Support omni‑channel initiatives including web order fulfillment and email opt‑in.
• Manage inventory levels on the floor and assist with shipping and receiving of product.
• Maintain an elevated level of cleanliness and order within the sales floor and stockroom.
• Operate in compliance with all Billy Reid policies and procedures.
• Complete all daily tasks in a timely manner.

• Retail sales experience, ideally with a luxury retail brand.
• Resiliency – ability to find alternative solutions.
• Effective collaborator with peers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when appropriate.
