• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and follow visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes with signage and clearance merchandising best practices.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) with compliance to applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and thank them for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days, nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

• Ability to use handheld scanners and technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of multitasking within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders when required.
• Move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Remain mobile for the duration of shift; may work in varying temperatures and conditions depending on duties.
