American Residential Services invites applicants for the Product Knowledge Specialist role.

Pay: $20–$30 hourly plus commission (average when combining hourly and commission, paid weekly).

Charleston Retail Stores.

Schedule:

Full-time and part-time available; weekends required.

As a Retail Product Expert, you’ll engage with customers in a retail setting, helping them find the right home comfort solutions. No experience? No problem. We provide paid training and a clear path to advancement into a Sales Advisor role, offering unlimited earning potential and career growth. You will collaborate closely with National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Store personnel, promote home performance tune‑ups, and schedule free in‑home consultations.

• Ability to work independently in a retail environment.
• Willingness to approach, speak with, and engage customers.
• Sales experience preferred; vibrant personality can compensate.
• Driven personality with an internal competitive spirit to exceed goals.
• Willingness to work weekends, high‑volume retail hours, some holidays required.
• Ability to stand/walk during shift.
• Responsibility to represent the ARS brand with a clean appearance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum age 18 years old at date of application.
