As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming & guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and providing customers with support & guidance. You'll use your fashion and product knowledge to provide our customers with all the relevant information they need for the best experience. You'll also work on garment refill & care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming & guiding customers through the store and the omni experience where available, supporting direct customer service
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories & products in all areas of the store
• Promote and sell products to customers
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in-store sustainability initiatives
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management

• Keep up-to-date with the fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers
• Use product & fashion knowledge to share relevant information to customers

• Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues
• Follow procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store
• Give & receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop & support each other
• Participate in onboarding, introductions and trainings relevant for your role & future development

• Complete garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (stockrooms)
• Assist with garment presentation and attractive merchandise displays following visual & commercial guidelines
• Maintain stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor
• Follow in-store omni services & tech tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.)
• Assist with opening and closing of the store
• Follow all health & safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role

• As a Sales Advisor, you should be passionate about fashion and what we create in-store
• Motivated by delivering a great customer experience
• Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Have sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment applicable to your role
• Experience in customer service in fashion, retail or related industries
