Store Leader SKIMS is a solutions‑oriented brand creating the next‑generation of underwear, loungewear, and shapewear. We set new standards with our game‑changing product and are a driving force within pop culture. We are looking for a Store Leader to join us in advancing the industry forward.
Department: Retail - East
Location: King St
Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 / year
Responsibilities- Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset, ensuring that every Team Member is focused on creating a welcoming, inclusive, and personalized experience for each guest. You set the standards on the floor and prioritize coaching in real time to elevate connection and conversion.
- Deliver elevated service at speed by coaching your team in real time, using strong floor presence and emotional intelligence to guide high volume moments without losing authenticity and upholding our culture.
- Embed our mission and values into every part of the store experience. You actively educate and coach Team Members on what it means to build our brand and be product experts. You bring the SKIMS story to life for both your team and your customers.
- Create a strong floor presence and lead through Operational Excellence. You manage daily operations, drive visual execution, and ensure store standards, replenishment, and merchandising are always on point. You balance big picture thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Own key business metrics including P&L, payroll, inventory, and productivity. You are proactive in analyzing business trends and adjusting strategies in the moment to drive results in both sales and efficiency.
- Lead through the lens of impact. With strong decision quality, you use the right tools, build schedules strategically, and manage controllables to optimize performance while staying customer‑first.
- Model Learning Agility by being solutions‑oriented, coachable, and focused on growth. You create a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement. You bring feedback to your team and to the corporate partners you collaborate with.

- Partners cross‑functionally with HQ Support to ensure alignment on big picture strategies, feedback, and new initiatives that support our stores and brand success.
- 4+ years of leadership experience
- A proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing effective store teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- The ability to work closely and effectively with others is important and expected.
- Deep understanding of customer service principles and the ability to provide exceptional service to all customers.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and the ability to adapt and evolve.
- Strong operational and organizational skills.
- Strong visual merchandising skills, a keen eye for detail, ensuring that the store is always presented in a compelling manner.
- Must be able to stand and remain physically active and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift.
- Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
