We are currently searching for Tunnel Car Wash Managers to join our leadership team. The Manager will operate under the direction of the Site Manager and oversee day‑to‑day operations, maintain a safe environment, control expenses, manage inventory, promote profitability, and enforce company policies. The position includes a comprehensive computer‑based training program.

• Direct and coordinate staff in providing customer service activities.
• Respond to customer requests, complaints, and inquiries to ensure quality service.
• Maximize sales and profits while controlling expenses, monitoring shrinkage, and staying within budget.
• Coach Associates and secondary management personnel, ensuring compliance with merchandising, pricing, and administrative requirements.
• Plan and prepare work schedules using the Labor Scheduler and assign employees to duties.
• Interview, select, and hire full‑time and part‑time employees for optimal flexibility.
• Coordinate training and evaluate employee performance, implementing disciplinary procedures as necessary.
• Conduct weekly and monthly marketing audits.
• Follow preventive maintenance procedures and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly equipment checks.
• Order soap, chemicals, and parts to maintain inventory and manage supplies.
• Lead by positive example; interact directly with customers, including wiping down, vacuuming, or washing vehicles as needed.
• Perform cash management duties and manage all office accounting.
• Maintain overall facility image, equipment, safety, inventory, and cash equivalents.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., wage, age restrictions, OSHA, DHEC).
• Follow communication guidelines outlined in the Store Operations Communication Guideline.

The role requires a willingness to learn and follow training from the Spinx Company, Inc. Basic computer skills and ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment are essential.

Pay
: $54,000 annually + bonus (average monthly bonus: $500.00)
