Altar'd State - - - Responsibilities:
Lead and support the Store Leader to achieve store goals including guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation.;
Develop associates through coaching and individualized growth plans to improve guest experience and performance.;
Manage store operations including payroll, floor sets, planning, and loss prevention to protect company assets.;
Engage guests with exceptional service, product knowledge, outfitting and styling, and ensure a high-quality fitting room experience.;
Lead onboarding and training for new associates and co-lead weekly reporting and communication with executive leadership.
