Altar'd State - - - Responsibilities:
Lead and support the Store Leader to achieve store goals including guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, and loss prevention.;
Provide exceptional guest service through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining a clean store environment.;
Foster a guest-focused team environment, coach and develop associates, and support talent development.;
Oversee scheduling, floor sets, merchandising presentation, inventory, and back-of-house operations to optimize store performance.;
Assist with payroll, financial performance, and adherence to loss prevention practices.
