Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Charleston, SC for a Beef Shoppe Manager. The Beef Shoppe Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store's beef department, ensuring that high standards of product quality, safety, and presentation are maintained. Responsibilities include managing inventory, ordering supplies, training and supervising team members, coordinating special promotions, and delivering outstanding customer service in alignment with the company’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and expertise in meat cutting, handling, and quality assurance
• Experience in staff management, including training, mentoring, and performance monitoring
• Knowledge of inventory management, ordering, and sales analysis
• Skills in customer service, communication, and maintaining a customer-focused environment
• Ability to uphold food safety standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in meat department management or a related position is strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in culinary arts or related fields is a plus
