Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Participate in recruiting and training store staff.
• Provide motivational feedback to foster a positive work environment.
• Develop employee schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Oversee financial aspects to support store success.

Qualifications:

• Age requirements vary by state; 18+ or 21+ with valid driver’s license.
• Must have access to a vehicle with auto insurance and be listed as a driver.
• Flexibility Master: Willing to work various shifts and days.
• Fluent in English with basic math skills.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Willing to learn, especially for Tennessee applicants interested in Topshelf Manager Training.
