The silverware roller ensures that the restaurant is stocked with clean silverware. You will be on your feet for the duration of your shift. You are responsible for communicating with the dishwashers when clean silverware is needed, polishing all silverware, and rolling a minimum of 15 roll-ups per minute.
Requirements- Ability to always be on time.
- Teamwork-oriented
- A neat, groomed, and professional personal appearance
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours and lift 30 lbs
- Organized and able to multi-task with attention to detail
- Ability to self-manage their time and task list
- Ability to manage crisis in a calm and effective manner
- Fortitude to effectively receive feedback
- A working email address
