As our Chef de Cuisine, you will:

• Lead, hire, and inspire a skilled culinary team.

We’re looking for a Chef de Cuisine who:

• Brings at least 5 years of upscale, full-service restaurant experience.
• Is passionate about food quality and presentation as top priorities.
• Excels at mentoring and developing team members.
• Has a proven track record of achieving financial success.
• Embodies integrity, guest-focused service, and professionalism.

• Work-life balance:
  Dinner-only service, closed Sundays and Mondays.
• Competitive salary with attainable performance bonuses.
• Paid Time Off: 10 days after 90 days, plus 5 sick days.
• Healthcare:
  Comprehensive package with employer contributions.
• Dining allowance: $900 every four weeks to enjoy our restaurant.

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000
