Perform professional work and deliveries in support of all Food and Beverage Departments and other department on the resort of multiple activities to include receiving goods to maintain and/or support programs, projects and data entry.

• Receive goods from vendors, verifying the correct products as they come in, unpacking them and storing them in the proper place on the shelves.
• Keep track of invoices on incoming shipments and/or gather invoices from all Food and Beverage outlets and keep them in order from each outlet.
• Work with chemicals and toxic materials when checking supplies into the storeroom area and deliveries.
• Maintain proper stock placement on shelves.
• Support the Distribution Center, answer phones, and assist departmental managers with any questions.
• Report all safety hazards and suspicious persons or activities to security.
• Know all safety and emergency procedures and your role in assisting during these times.
• Attend all monthly and resort‑required meetings.
• Assist the F&B Controller with processing food & beverage transfers from purchasing to the outlets.
• Monthly reconcile all Food and Beverage invoices in Chef Tec and research any discrepancies.
• Assist the F&B Controller with the monthly inventory values based on current costs and provide this information promptly to the accounting department.
• Assist the F&B Controller with monitoring and recording the numbers of menu items consumed each month, applying costs, and producing menu potential reports to compare to actual food and beverage costs.
• Perform ad hoc food and beverage control projects as directed by the Controller or requested by the F&B Director.
• Have knowledge and experience with MS Excel spreadsheets, Chef Tec, Oracle, and Birch Street.
• Experience with Infor Genesis is helpful.
• Understand and appreciate cost/benefit relationships.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Hold accountability for all duties of this job and other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior hospitality/purchasing experience preferred.
• At least one year of customer service experience preferred.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet resort driving standards.
• Must be able to drive guests safely in extreme weather conditions (rain, wind, fog).
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to work well under pressure.
• Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be professional in appearance and demeanor.
• Must always ensure a teamwork environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with guests and colleagues.
• Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
• Must have a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
• Weekends, evenings and holiday availability is a MUST.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Colleagues who are hired at Wild Dunes Resort will be verified through the federal E‑Verify system.

• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, fog, heat).
• Must be able to work indoors or outdoors.
• Must be able to stand on feet throughout the day.
• Must be able to climb stairs frequently.
• Must be able to frequently lift & carry up to 50‑75 lbs and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs, including carrying weight up and down stairs.
• Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and walk on uneven surfaces occasionally.
