This role is ideal for someone just starting in the restaurant world who wants to go beyond simply knowing the menu. The successful candidate will recognize that a memorable experience allows guests to appreciate their food and the ambiance, and will proactively anticipate and fulfill guest needs before they are requested.

From swift food delivery to refilling drinks, the Server Assistant creates a welcoming, warm environment that leaves guests with not only a great meal but also an inspired outlook on their surroundings.

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, and other prep tasks.
• Ensure tableware is in good condition and report any defects for repair.
• Stock, maintain, and clean designated food station(s).
• Assist servers with table service, including running food, serving beverages, and other duties.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner.

• Prior experience highly preferred.
• Proactive and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to clear flatware and dishware, clean tables, and replace linens.
