Overview

Now Hiring – Shift Leaders at Bojangles ation: 6270 Savannah Highway, Ravenel, SC 29470. Full and part-time positions available. Bojangles @ Bluewater is currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to fill the role of Shift Leader at our locations in Charleston, SC;
North Charleston, SC;
Cain Bay, SC; and Ravenel.

Shift Leaders are responsible for overseeing their shifts and other aspects of the restaurant operations.

• Lead and motivate a team of employees.
• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain Bojangles  quality and safety standards, including food safety and sanitation.
• Manage inventory, track waste, and reconcile sales and cash.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Address escalated guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Understand and uphold company policies and procedures.

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Leadership qualities, even without formal management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (some positions specify 16 years old).
• Dependable and reliable, able to work with a sense of urgency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cheerful, positive attitude, and a passion for serving others.
• Ability to manage a team effectively.
• Some positions require experience with restaurant management in the QSR industry, including P&L, food cost, and labor management.
