This individual is passionate, positive, creative, and cares deeply about the team that they lead. Primary responsibilities include everything from organizing the team for success, sourcing product, working closely with the restaurant team, and planning and execution of new menu items all while ensuring that the restaurant meets its financial targets. In addition, this role will serve to establish standards of excellence within the hotel’s overall F&B program and work closely with the Executive Chef to facilitate a seamless production program for all Food & Beverage outlets.

We will hire for passion, culture, positive energy and willingness to do what it takes while maintaining humility and grace under pressure.

Requested Tasks
  • Direct daily kitchen activities, ensuring food quality and presentation
  • Bring innovative and thoughtful ideas for menu creation; testing and perfecting recipes consistently
  • Manage food inventory; controlling stock and placing orders as needed
  • Supervising and mentoring team members
Requested Capabilities
  • Prior experience as a Chef de Cuisine highly preferred
  • Able to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service standards
  • Guest-first mentality; excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
