We are seeking a warm, organized, quick-thinking, and positive individual who excels at creating a welcoming environment. A host at Hank's Seafood takes reservations, seats guests, answers inquiries, and communicates effectively with staff and management to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, adhering to service standards
• Monitor guest seating, plan ahead to optimize service flow, and ensure guest and restaurant needs are met
• Use and maintain the reservation system accurately, including table status, rotations, cover counts, and guest notes
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed
• Keep the environment neat, organized, and professional in appearance
• Maintain a professional demeanor to contribute to the restaurant's ambiance

• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Approachable and personable personality
• Patience and excellent customer service skills
