Compensation

$50,000 - $120,000+

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with qualified property owners to generate and secure new listings.
  • Negotiate offers strategically to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment.
  • Partner with support staff to ensure smooth transactions from contract through closing.
  • Leverage CRM systems to manage, track, and optimize the sales pipeline.
  • Provide exceptional, personalized service throughout the entire client journey.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a focus on practical, results-driven solutions.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and marketing technologies, with the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms.
  • Proven experience building strong client relationships, identifying needs, and uncovering sales opportunities.
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills and consistent follow-through.
  • Strong phone presence with a track record of setting and securing appointments.
  • Maintains a valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable local transportation.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Skilled negotiator focused on achieving successful outcomes for clients.
  • Holds, or is willing to obtain prior to start, an active South Carolina Real Estate License.
